Ugarte’s Lawn Service began with landscape maintenance in Las Vegas. The work was straightforward: take care of properties consistently, pay attention to the details, and build relationships by showing up when we said we would.
Our Story
What began as a landscape maintenance business in Las Vegas gradually expanded as clients needed help with more than routine upkeep. Irrigation repair, tree care, planting, and larger landscape improvements became part of the work through years of maintaining and improving properties across the Valley.

Regular maintenance was the foundation. Returning to the same properties over time created firsthand experience with aging irrigation, plant growth, seasonal changes, and the problems that develop as landscapes mature.

More services were added as the scope of the work grew. Irrigation repair, tree care, planting, artificial turf, and landscape improvements developed naturally from the issues already being handled in the field.

Growth has not meant stepping away from the work. Family and team members remain involved in estimating, planning, communication, field decisions, and seeing projects through from the initial visit to completion.
Our Mission
Our goal is simple: understand what the property actually needs, communicate clearly, and complete the work with care. That applies whether we’re troubleshooting one irrigation zone, maintaining a landscape month after month, or improving an entire outdoor space. We want clients to know who is working on their property, what is being recommended, and why.
Our Vision
This company was built through years of showing up, doing the work, and earning the next job from the one before it. As we grow, we want to keep that same mindset. “Creating Higher Grounds” means getting better at what we do, giving our team room to grow, and making sure clients can still reach people who actually know their property and care about the outcome.

Our name is on the company, and that matters to us. The same family involved in running the business is still involved in estimates, projects, field decisions, and conversations with clients.
We’d rather explain what a property actually needs than recommend work just because we can sell it. Sometimes that means a repair instead of replacement, improving one area instead of rebuilding everything, or telling you when something can wait.

We rebranded as Ugarte Landscapes to reflect our expanded service offerings, including design, installation, and maintenance. This shift allowed us to streamline operations and better serve our growing client base.
The business continued moving toward a broader landscaping model. Instead of clients needing one company for maintenance, another for irrigation, and another for improvements, we worked toward handling more of those needs with the same team and one point of contact.
Today, the company serves residential and commercial properties across the Las Vegas Valley with landscape maintenance, irrigation repair, tree care, and landscape improvements. The business is larger than where it started, but family involvement, field experience, and direct communication with clients are still part of how we operate.
