Our Landscaping Process
Consultation & Assessment
We start with an in-person review of the property, existing landscape, irrigation, and the work you’re considering. This helps us understand the site and determine the right next steps.
Scope & Proposal
After the assessment, we prepare a detailed scope of work and estimate. For larger projects, we’ll also review materials, layout, plant selections, and other project details before moving forward.
Scheduling & Completion
Once approved, the work is scheduled and completed according to the agreed scope. Depending on the project, this may include irrigation, planting, hardscape, landscape improvements, or other site work.
Maintenance & Support
For properties that need continued care, we also provide scheduled maintenance, seasonal service, and irrigation checks to help keep the landscape properly maintained over time.

After trying to contact several people for an evaluation and repair of our irrigation system, I finally found Ugarte. Manuel was very prompt, responsive, and friendly. They arrived as promised, found the problem and completed the repair quickly, professionally, and at a very fair cost.
